I don't recommend it. While serving, the woman was eating a mango and didn't put it aside while she served me. She also answered a private phone. Ultimately, I was charged over 5,000 baht for shipping the documents (a few weeks earlier, I had sent documents from another city and the price was 60% lower). I canceled the shipment and went to another DHL, and the same system calculated a much lower price for the same documents.
Friendly and convenient shipping location. The staff was patient with me and helped figure out how shipping and delivery would work for my package. The shipping rates are very reasonable and they have packing supplies for sale at very reasonable prices too. I’ll use them again in the future.
