Send chilled (cold) parcel to my customer and they got it in over 5 days. I could not rely on Interexpress, I need to ask for a refund but at the end my customer is unhappy and will not re-order from me, so I loss him. Please improve your delivery time or I will loss more customer. Again send to Phuket and my customer did not received cold but temperate. The food was not cold anymore
