Very poor service and deceptive business practices. In our case they accepted our freight, then lost it, value over USD$80K and then would do nothing to assist us to recover it. They then expected full payment for the lost shipment. In the process they leveraged their position with other consignments until we paid for the lost freight, even after they arranged for us to pay for a successful shipment USD$16K, and then reneged on the deal and have held this shipment as well. BEWARE, find another logistics provider. Yang Kee cannot be trusted!
