Very difficult to find the ASAP pickup point for our car we had booked online- had to email the main office online for the exact location. Very quick pickup, but the staff wanted me to sign the pickup for without checking the car first- which i refused, and very glad i did as it was peppered with scratches and bashes that i am sure they would have charged me for.... Lots of cannabis debris in the door pockets once i drove away- which i was annoyed/shocked about. No spare wheel in a 1 year old car? New windscreen with tape holding it- really!?!
