My order was shipped 11 days ago and I still haven't received it. Kerry Express called and said they know the delivery address but the recipient will have to pick up the package themselves at the branch. What kind of service is this? Terrible service.

Terrible service at the Uthai Thani branch in Ayutthaya. I inquired about a missing item; the status showed "received," but I only received one of two boxes. They said it wasn't a Kerry Express delivery, just a hired truck. Doesn't that affect your company's reputation? You should investigate. You have CCTV cameras in front of your house. The item is worth nearly a thousand baht. J&T Express is much better.

This is the worst shipping service I've ever used. Sending items from Chiang Rai to Ayutthaya took 6 days. The efficiency is almost non-existent. It's terrible.
