We contact the factory on your behalf, in Thai, and send you what comes back. Free for you — if an order closes, the factory pays our fee. The Maps link is there because a profile can gain a phone number after our last refresh.

My order was shipped 11 days ago and I still haven't received it. Kerry Express called and said they know the delivery address but the recipient will have to pick up the package themselves at the branch. What kind of service is this? Terrible service.

Terrible service at the Uthai Thani branch in Ayutthaya. I inquired about a missing item; the status showed "received," but I only received one of two boxes. They said it wasn't a Kerry Express delivery, just a hired truck. Doesn't that affect your company's reputation? You should investigate. You have CCTV cameras in front of your house. The item is worth nearly a thousand baht. J&T Express is much better.

This is the worst shipping service I've ever used. Sending items from Chiang Rai to Ayutthaya took 6 days. The efficiency is almost non-existent. It's terrible.

My order arrived at the branch ages ago, but they still haven't delivered it. What are they doing? This branch is absolutely terrible. They should just close it down. What if someone needs their order urgently? 😡🤨 …

It's been 5 days and the delivery still hasn't arrived. This is a private company, and I paid for express delivery. My vegetables are probably all rotten by now. I'm never using this branch again.
