Terrible, awful service. Waited 11 months for the white license plate. When I followed up at the shop, they kept making excuses and couldn't give me any answers. The service was terrible; they answered customers irritably and angrily. In short, awful. 14/6/66

The service is terrible. They're super quick to call and collect overdue car payments, but when I call to get the car registration book, they don't answer. I'm worried about going to the shop myself because I don't want the appointment to be postponed, especially since I've just moved to another province and it would be a waste of time. I wonder if they've even read the comments or noticed anything they need to improve. I've called via Line and their mobile number, and the calls go through, but no one answers. Terrible, terrible service!

Terrible. I bought the car a year ago and still haven't received the white license plate. When I asked the staff, they put me off for another month. When I asked again, they said another two months. Terrible. I don't recommend buying from here. You should buy a car from someone who is more prepared.

Terrible, absolutely awful. I've been waiting for my white license plate for almost 7 months and still haven't received it. That's way too long. It's difficult to contact them; they never answer the phone. When I asked at the shop, they couldn't give me any answers, just told me to wait. Other places that bought cars later have already received their white license plates. What's going on? Do I have to consult the Consumer Protection Board first?
