Inter Express Logistics

The products can be dropped-off or pick-up on site, but the delivery itself? That’s a different story—it might never actually reach the destination! Shipments often get stuck in other regions of the country for months at a time, requiring over ten follow-up calls. Even when they did finally arrive, the handling was so rough—like hitting heavy turbulence—that the packages reached customers completely battered and dented. Customers would call to complain and refuse the parcels, forcing me to send replacements multiple times.
