Purchased a bag online. Waited for 1.5 weeks with no news. Contacted them through website only for them to tell me the shipping price was wrong. Told me to pay 10 times what I paid during check out. Had the audacity to mention that i had already taken advantage of a 15% discount for 1st time buyers. I Offered a subsidised shipping payment which was flatly rejected. Very rude CS Officer behind the chat.

The female clerk had a bad attitude. I was just asking questions in Thai about the stock of the size I wanted, but she seemed to be very bothersome. It made me feel bad. It was 4pm 19/4/2024
