Poor after sales service. I had suffered a lot with this manufacturer for a concealed AC. No response from them at all. Their agent in GCC also no answer to the emails. Their agent in Saudi tried to SELL me a new equipment of $4000 as solution for a non available spare part that cost $100!!!!!!!!! I lost trust in this brand name with a total unsatisfactory conclusion. I had no other option than going after market to bring the equipment back to life for under $80 with lost of the heating option on the AC. Customers learn the hard way

I am not 100 percent sure if they make the copper I use for work but if they do it’s quality is outstanding
