PEN K Service center

PEN K Service Center’s SMEG showroom is a great spot if you’re a fan of stylish, quality appliances. My friend went there to pick up some SMEG items for me, and they turned out lovely. They even have a special annual promotion where you can snag SMEG products at a much lower price—a real treat for those in the market. The only downside is that the showroom is located out of Bangkok, so you’ll need to drive there if you want to check it out in person. Despite the distance, it’s well worth the trip if you’re after some great deals and top-notch SMEG design.

They have the ability to replace basic parts, but they can’t diagnose the actual problem. Case in point, my appliance is failing. They replaced the 2 parts. However the problem persists. They do not have the ability to test the electronic components like the sensors and control module which are separate from the parts that they replaced. They simply state that it is functioning as normal, and even have the audacity to get upset when questioning their workmanship.
